Terms of Service

CrewGot is a business tool for commercial cleaning operators. You must be 18 or older and able to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for everyone who uses your account, including managers and crew who scan a location QR.

CrewGot helps you turn chemical-safety SOPs into short multilingual training videos, quizzes, and completion records. We use third-party processors to generate video, send SMS, process payments, and store media. Availability is not guaranteed. Features, languages, and plan limits may change.

English is always included. Each company may select up to five languages from the CrewGot catalog. Render minutes, worker seats, and SMS are limited by your plan.

You own your SOP text, photos, and location details. You grant CrewGot a license to process that material so we can generate videos, quizzes, and records. If you upload a manager photo, you confirm you have the right to use it as a digital twin presenter.

Worker first names, last initials, phone numbers, language choices, watch progress, and quiz answers are training records you control. Do not upload data you are not allowed to collect under local employment or privacy law.

CrewGot is a training-record tool for short multilingual SOP videos, quizzes, and printable completion PDFs. It is not SDS management software, not an LMS, not a DVD course library, and not OSHA-certified training.

You remain responsible for maintaining accessible Safety Data Sheets, a written Hazard Communication program, and any other training or documentation your workplace requires.

CrewGot is a training record tool. It does not replace a lawyer, safety consultant, or certified trainer. It does not guarantee an OSHA, health department, or insurance outcome. You remain responsible for a safe workplace and for training workers in a language they understand.

Paid plans are billed per location through Stripe. New companies get a 14-day trial with a card on file. If you cancel in the customer portal before the trial ends, you are not charged. After the trial, fees are due in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Unused render minutes do not roll over unless we say otherwise. You can cancel in the customer portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Do not use CrewGot to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content; to impersonate someone without consent; to attack or scrape the service; or to send SMS without a lawful relationship to the recipient. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or that create legal risk for other customers.

If you send SMS invites, you confirm each worker provided their mobile number for work-related contact, including safety training. Messages include STOP and HELP instructions. You will not text workers who have opted out.

You will defend and indemnify CrewGot against third-party claims arising from your content, worker data you lacked authority to collect, use of a manager photo or voice without that person’s consent, SMS sent without proper consent, or your violation of employment or privacy law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Where CrewGot processes personal data on your behalf, we act as your processor. A data processing agreement is available on request at privacy@crewgot.com and will be posted at crewgot.com before enterprise customers onboard.

You may cancel in the Stripe customer portal. After cancellation, access continues through the end of the paid period. We delete or anonymize your organization’s personal data within 30 days after account closure unless we must retain it for legal, tax, or dispute reasons.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CrewGot is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost profits, lost records, inspection outcomes, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
